About the Product Manager position

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable with business, marketing, user experiences, and product development to join our team! As a Full-Time Product Manager at our company, you will be responsible for maximizing the value of the products including business strategist, product designer, market analyst, customer liaison, and project management.


Product Manager responsibilities are:

  • Communicate with stakeholders across the board, including customers, business managers, and the development team to make sure the goals are clear and the vision is aligned with business objectives
  • Research and analyze the product in the market, industry, and competitor to develop the product strategy that includes business strategy, marketing performance strategy, marketing brand strategy, development strategy, and marketing communications strategy
  • Analyze the value proposition and ROI of the product
  • Create the product roadmap follow the strategy
  • Create the customer journey mapping
  • Work closely with Project Manager, Software Engineering Manager to create and maintain a product backlog and business solution according to business value
  • Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, branding, communication, and creative team
  • Solve product-related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments
  • Ensure the development of a solution, features follow the product strategy
  • Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams
  • Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment
  • Research and analyze market, trend, the customer for new opportunities or new challenges
  • Explore potential business partnerships and act as a product representative


Product Manager qualifications are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Engineer, Computer Science, Business, Marketing or similar relevant field
  • 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role
  • 3 years of experience at a management level with the IT project development
  • Have experienced and knowledge with user experiences research, user experience design, customer-centric, marketing research, and product thinking
  • Have experienced and knowledge with marketing performance, marketing analysis
  • Understanding of Marketing strategy and process includes branding strategy, communication strategy, and creative strategy
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal
  • Great communication, interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Team player and Attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
