About the Human Resources Development Specialist position

Human Resources Development Specialist responsibilities are:

  • Design, implement and manage the training and development strategy aligns with the business strategy and career development of the company
  • Research and analysis about the competencies to appropriate the core competencies in the company, provide training course and workshop for employees
  • Design, implement and monitor Performance Management to enable employees and teams to understand the process & framework for an effective outcome
  • Liaison with Organization & Development function on the linkage of employee career & development
  • Design, implement and revise the organizational structure in the company
  • Provide advice and guidance on the performance management framework to the stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Head of the department to understand the requirements of training and development for the team members
  • Research about the trend and tools of training and development

Human Resources Development Specialist qualifications are:

  • Previous working experience preferably as a Human Resources Development for 5 years
  • Bachelor degree or higher in Human resources or similar relevant field
  • In-depth knowledge of training, development, and human resources
  • Excellent understanding of training, development, and performance management
  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
  • Impactful presentation style
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
  • A positive, “can do” attitude
