About the Strategic Planner position

We are looking for an extraordinary Strategic Planner who run the complex and comprehensive task into simple and compelling, who take ownership of their work as well as other planners, who collaborations and partnerships with creative teams, and become entrusted, inspirational advisors to clients.

Strategic Planner Responsibilities are:

  • Conduct organization reviews to identify strengths, weakness, opportunities, and threats to evaluate operational effectiveness
  • Develop plans to materialize strategy and analyze business proposals
  • Create inspiring strategic briefs and is able to pull the strategy through the entire creative process from start to finish
  • Assess the company’s operational and strategic performance
  • Align processes, resources-planning and department goals with an overall strategy
  • Generate financial plans in order to evaluate project cost
  • Collaborate with the SDS team (Strategic Data Solution) for collecting, analyzing, and utilizing from the data
  • Provide support and insight into significant organizational changes (e.g. a shift in strategic focus, mergers, and acquisitions)
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes
  • Guide and support subordinates to develop strategic planning and communication campaigns

Strategic Planner Qualifications are:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field
  • At least 4 years of work experience in analytics, performance marketing, consulting or related field is a plus
  • Excellent in research to extract insights and ability to transform those into business opportunities and strategic solutions
  • A proactive, make-things-happen mindset, always looking to make an impact via business, brand-building, or creative opportunities.
  • Possess a strong strategic thinking skill as well as a creative mindset
  • Strong communication skills in collaborating with diverse, multi-functional teams
